We are honoured to receive this goodwill message from the Government of Cross River State, Nigeria, acknowledging our work and formally accepting our invitation to explore a Sister City initiative between Calabar, Cross River State, and St. Lucia.

This letter also confirms the Government’s commitment to supporting the Caribbean Studies Association Conference scheduled for December 2024 in Calabar, including the provision of a suitable venue and a dedicated team to support project development and coordination.
