Pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 60/16 of October 2025, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights invites all relevant stakeholders to submit inputs and provide views, suggestions and concrete proposals on the modalities, including working methods and procedures, governing the work of the Permanent Forum.

Inputs should be sent to ohchr-registry@un.org (Email subject line: “Modalities of the Permanent Forum on People of African Descent”), no later than 31 January 2026.
