Championing Community Growth: Okama Brook and the Africa Caribbean Heritage Alliance
To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to introduce Okama Brook, Founder of the Africa Caribbean Heritage Alliance (ACHA), a non-profit organization committed to supporting and empowering local communities across multiple sectors.
ACHA operates in Canada (Alberta), Nigeria, and the Caribbean (St. Maarten and Saint Lucia), with a strong focus on heritage, culture, education, and economic development. Through its programs and partnerships, ACHA works to strengthen communities and create meaningful opportunities for growth and collaboration.
The Africa Caribbean Heritage Alliance is currently advancing two key initiatives that present strong opportunities for partnership:
Nigeria Experience Conference 2024
ACHA is partnering with the Cross River State Government to co-organize the Nigeria Experience Conference in December 2024. This conference will focus on sustainability, innovation, and economic development, bringing together stakeholders from diverse sectors.
Export Development Funding
ACHA is also seeking support for its performing arts program, which aims to empower artists, promote cultural exchange, and foster international collaboration.
I believe ACHA’s work aligns closely with Canada’s commitment to international cooperation, cultural exchange, and sustainable development. The organization would welcome the opportunity to discuss these initiatives further and explore areas of mutual collaboration.
Sincerely,
