Ekpe Lawrence Ogar
He is a Public Policy Analyst, Oversight Function Expert, Constituency Projects Analyst, Principal Legislative Officer to the National Assembly. He obtained an Advanced Diploma on Public Administration and Public Analysis from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, a BSc. in Political Science from the University of Abuja, Abuja Federal Capital Territory. Parliamentary and Democratic Studies from the National Institute on Legislative Studies Abuja and presently a Masters Degree student in Legislative Studies from the University of Benin.
His interests are in community development services; youth empowerment programmes; poverty reduction and job creation policies.
