Aisha Barde, is a program management specialist, with 10 years experience in the management, coordination and implementation of programs in Nigeria. She has demonstrated expertise in HIV/AIDS programs including care & support for OVC, program management as well as Strategic knowledge management. Aisha Barde has excellent transferable skills in program leadership and management, communications, community mobilization, capacity building, and organizational development. She worked as a Senior Program Officer with the FHI360 Nigeria SIDHAS program, where she was responsible for the management and backstopping of 4 states in the North Eastern region of the Nigerian country program, program implementation, technical assistance, financial monitoring and overall oversight of the states under her portfolio. Before she joined FHI, Aisha worked with Save the Children International as Program Officer and M&E focal person for the USAID funded Links for children OVC project. She also worked as a consultant for UNAIDS from 2009 to 2010 on the first National AIDS Spending Assessment (NASA) in Nigeria.
